Community Radiology

Welcome to the Vanderbilt Community Radiology Division! Our highly skilled, compassionate and caring staff of board-certified radiologists are committed to providing the highest quality patient care.

The Division of Community Radiology brings a mutlidisciplinary approach to imaging services in Vanderbilts community hospital system. Faculty members are subspecialty trained and offer both diagnostic imaging as well as advanced image-guided procedures using state-of-the-art imaging technology and techniques. The division performs over 160,000 radiologic exams annually at its sites, which include three hospitals and multiple imaging clinics (Vanderbilt Bedford County Hospital, Vanderbilt Tullahoma-Harton Hospital and Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital).

Vanderbilt Community Radiology offers state of the art imaging services including CT, MRI and ultrasound. Additionally, we offer Breast MRI, Breast ultrasound, 3-D mammography and digital mammography, Stereotactic breast biopsy, and ultrasound guided biopsy services comprehensively across our three rurally located hospital sites. Additionally, in Interventional Radiology, we perform an array of vascular and nonvascular minimally invasive image-guided procedures.

The division is vibrant, growing, and is playing an increasingly important role in imaging services across the greater middle Tennessee area.
