Olivia is a Nashville native who has yet to leave middle Tennessee, graduating from Tennessee Technological University in Cookville with her bachelor's degree in food, nutrition, and dietetics, then completing her dietetic internship at National Healthcare Corporation in Murfreesboro. Her entire career as a dietitian has been surrounded by building relationships with clients and other care team members to provide the utmost compassionate care.

Olivia values working with a variety of clients. In particular, she enjoys working with people for whom food has become a source of stress, guilt, or control; working with clients to heal their relationship with food and body. Her clinical background equips her with a deep base of knowledge in supporting people living with many chronic conditions: kidney disease, heart disease, endocrine disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, etc.

Outside of the office, Olivia enjoys cooking and baking (while mostly eating!), traveling, and sewing. She lives just outside of Nashville with her husband and two young human children + two furry animal children.

Michael Holliday, MD attended the University of Cincinnati for his medical training, where he graduated Alpha Omega Alpha from the College of Medicine and served as a co-chief resident in Family Medicine.

Dr Holliday practices primary care, and his clinical interests include migraine, hypertension, and lifestyle approaches to improve health.

Dr Holliday lives in Nashville with his wife and has four adult children who are all pursuing careers in the arts. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, cooking and playing the drums.

Jessica has over 20 years of experience in healthcare as a CNA and MLT.  She has been a Medical Laboratory Technician since 2011 and joined the Vanderbilt Student Health Center in 2025.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and making new memories. She loves the beach, pool, and warm sunny days!

Katelyn Atwater, MD

Dr. Atwater attended UCLA for her undergraduate degree, majoring in History/Art History.  She attended Columbia University for her Postbaccalaureate Premed Certificate,  and the University of Texas at Houston for her medical degree.  She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Vanderbilt University.  She has worked as an Internist at Vanderbilt University Medical Center since completing residency and joined the Student Health Center in November 2024 as Medical Director.

Dr. Atwater's clinical interests are chronic disease management, addressing both mental and physical health, building healthy habits/preventative care, and shared decision-making with patients.

Outside of work, Dr. Atwater is married and has two school aged children.  In her free time, she enjoys being outside, reading, doing crossword puzzles, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Leon Scott is a graduate of St. Louis University. He completed his residency at Cardinal Glennon Children's Medical Center, followed by his fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine at Harvard University. He is board certified in Sports Medicine.

Dr. Scott is currently Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery for the division of Sports Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He is a Team Physician for the Nashville Sounds and serves as a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), American Medical Society for Sports Medicine (AMSSM), and AAP Council on Sports Medicine and Fitness.

Dr. Scott joined the Student Health Center in 2024.
