Kivuto, the company that hosts the VUMC Software Store, is updating the store platform on Tuesday, October 16, between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM.  During this time, Kivuto will display a message indicating that the store is temporarily unavailable to customers.

VUMC IT has been managing several changes to enable the Medical Center to move to its new email environment, Microsoft Office 365. With steps one and two nearly complete, our focus turns to Step 3, migrating email content to the new Microsoft Office 365 environment.​ Read more...  

Two years ago, VUMC IT deployed a Microsoft KMS server for activating Office, Project, Visio, Windows Client, and Windows Server.  We recently discovered that some Medical Center devices are activating against the university’s KMS server rather than the Medical Center’s KMS server.  If you provide desktop support for one or more Medical Center departments, please check the devices you support to make sure they have auto-discovery enabled. 

As VUMC IT continues its Email Migration project, the creation of shared exchange mailboxes (SEMs) will be limited within Administrative Tools in AccessVU.  Going forward, customers who need to create an SEM should complete a Pegasus Ticket to the VUMC IT Collaboration Team.

The VUMC Software Store offers a campus-wide license for MATLAB, Simulink, and companion products. The annual cost for the site license is spread equally across the departments that use the software.  VUMC IT will include the annual charge in its April 2019 billing. The site license includes:
