Changes regarding the creation of SEMs

As VUMC IT continues its Email Migration project, the creation of shared exchange mailboxes (SEMs) will be limited within Administrative Tools in AccessVU. 

Going forward, customers who need to create an SEM should complete a Pegasus Ticket to the VUMC IT Collaboration Team.

To ensure the successful migration of all SEMs and reduce additional complexity during the migration, this process will remain in effect until necessary code changes have been completed. VUMC IT will communicate updates to customers as needed.
