The Mobility Services team provides a streamlined process and consulting services to ensure you have the right equipment for your unique needs. These steps outline the process for ordering and receiving mobile devices to ensure the correct departments are billed.

Mobile Heartbeat devices do not require cellular service. Devices are sourced from a third-party vendor and billed to the requestor's supplied cost center. Additional license fees and monthly maintenance charges apply.

Department paid mobile devices should be purchased through eProcurement via Shop eCatalogs and selecting the punch out: VUMC Information Technology. Click here for link to eProcurement.
If you have questions regarding rate plans or available devices, contact VUMCITMobilityServices@VUMC.org. Do not contact the carriers directly.
