Frank came to Vanderbilt University Hospital with more than 30 years of nursing experience. He is an accomplished and dynamic nurse leader with exceptional communication and leadership skills. Frank has a proven track record of outstanding achievements in developing clinical staff, building and sustaining professional relationships across multiple entities, and leading diverse teams focused on clinical quality, patient safety, financial growth, patient advocacy, and regulatory requirements. The collegial relationships, the consistent message of being patient centric, and the willingness to support operational leaders is what attracted Frank to Vanderbilt. Frank said the best part about being a nurse leader at VUH is that nursing as a profession is very well respected. Nursing is valued and is influential in how the organization strategizes to best serve the patients.
