Cindy chose to join Vanderbilt in 2024 because of the great reputation of the Advance Practice Provider role. Vanderbilt has been on the forefront of advance practice for many years providing the blue print for the role in health care.
The best part of being a nurse leader at Vanderbilt is that advance practice nursing is at the table for leadership and helping to provide direction for the future. Very few organizations have an Advance Practice Provider leader at the level that Vanderbilt has created.
