I came to Vanderbilt in 1995 and presently serve as the Chief Nursing Officer for VPH with a passion for advancing clinical excellence, patient safety, and exceptional patient experiences. Throughout my career, I have focused on building high-performing teams, fostering collaboration across disciplines, and creating a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. I partner closely with physicians, nursing leaders, and operational teams to improve patient outcomes, enhance workforce engagement, and support strategic growth initiatives. I am committed to developing future healthcare leaders, promoting evidence-based practice, and ensuring that patients, families, and caregivers receive compassionate, high-quality care in an environment where everyone can thrive.
