Taylor Gautier, LCSW
Taylor is currently the program coordinator for 'Navigate', Vanderbilt's first episode psychosis multidisciplinary specialty team.
She provides individual, group, and family psychotherapy within the Vanderbilt Psychosis Clinic and also works with first episode psychosis patients and their families during their inpatient stay at Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital
Clinical Description
Taylor's focus and specialty is therapy with pediatric and young adult clients and she enjoys working with a variety of presentations but has a special interest in supporting individuals and families with chronic illnesses during their transition from pediatric to adult care.
Victoria Yee, MD
Dr. Victoria Yee completed her medical training at Wayne State University School of Medicine and her residency training at the Medical College of Georgia.
Dr. Yee joined the Vanderbilt faculty in 2020 and is part of the Emergency Psychiatry Service. She holds joint appointments in Psychiatry and Emergency Medicine.

Michael Radyko, MSSW, MSN, PMHNP
Michael Radyko is a Board Certified, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who joined the department in 2020. He has been providing psychiatric services as a clinician since 2004. He received his Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, and his Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee. His clinical practice has included inpatient, residential, home-based, and outpatient settings in the diverse areas of dual diagnosis/co-occurring disorders, addiction, homelessness, seriously mentally ill, Bureau of Prisons, rape and sexual abuse, and chronic pain.
Clinical Description
Michael provides therapeutic treatment/medication management to adults ages 18 and up. His treatment interests expand across the full spectrum of psychiatric disorders including depression, anxiety, bipolar, thought disorders, substance abuse, grief, sexual assault, and trauma-related issues resulting from post-traumatic stress. Since 2016 he has provided mental health treatment for medically fragile patients.

Brianna Lewis, PhD
Dr. Lewis' research interests are varied and lie at the intersection of translational clinical-research related to ASD. She has served as a research clinician supporting various federally-funded research programs investigating social and sensory processing across the lifespan in individuals with ASD, as well as potential biomarkers for ASD. She investigates psychological assessment measures and diagnostic processes related to ASD, with a particular interest in comorbidities and differential diagnosis in individuals who seek an evaluation for ASD during late-childhood through adulthood.
Dr. Brianna Lewis is a licensed clinical psychologist in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. She received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Fordham University and completed her clinical internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the Yale Child Study Center specializing in psychological assessment and interventions for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. While on faculty at the Yale Child Study Center, she was a clinical psychologist on a multi-disciplinary team in the Developmental Disabilities Clinic. She also holds an M.Ed. from Harvard and is passionate about school advocacy and service coordination for individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as those with mental health, learning, or behavioral challenges.
