Kivuto, the company that hosts the VUMC Software Store, is upgrading ELMS (the storefront platform) on December 12, 2017 beginning at 6:00 AM.  Kivuto expects to complete the maintenance within 3 hours.  During this time, Kivuto will place the store in “maintenance mode” and will display a message indicating the store is temporarily unavailable to customers.

The VUMC Software Store's customer service desk will be closed November 23 - November 24, 2017 for the Thanksgiving holiday. The online Software Store will be available throughout the holiday.

GoNitro, the manufacturer of Nitro Pro, releases product updates for the Enterprise version approximately four times per year.  Medical Center departments may purchase subscriptions for the Enterprise version through the VUMC Software Store.
