Go for the Gold is a national award-winning wellness program that supports Vanderbilt's faculty and staff in making healthy lifestyle choices.
The Compass Health Assessment helps you understand what your health risks are and what you can do to become as healthy as possible. Do it every year to track health changes.
The Wellness Actions Log helps you focus on healthy actions that will help you maintain or improve your health.
The Game Plan for Your Health video features personal interviews with Vanderbilt faculty and staff and provides practical ways to take charge of your health. Past topics have included: Five Keys to Financial Health; Using Goal Setting to Get the Results You Want; Being a Wise Healthcare Consumer; Cope Better, Stress Less; Eat, Move, Feel; Detect and Protect; and Ready, Set...Eat!
Participating in Go for the Gold is not just about the money. It is about taking a look at your own health risks, taking action to reduce those risks, and controlling out-of-pocket health care expenses.
