The SHARE Center is specifically designed to address concerns related to workplace sexual harassment, whereas Work-Life Connections/EAP serves individuals with a broad range of concerns. Additionally, The SHARE Center is designed to serve VUMC faculty, staff, and Allied Health Students only, whereas Work-Life Connections/EAP services are available to all VUMC and VU faculty, staff, and spouses.
