Get a new device over the holidays? 4 steps to re-connect at VUMC

The holidays are a perfect time to replace your smartphone and other personal devices. If you get a new smartphone or tablet, follow these four steps to re-connect to VUMC resources:

1.    Connect to the VUMC Employee wireless network.
2.    Re-enroll in WorkSpace ONE for mobile device management (MDM). If you can unenroll from your old device first, it will improve your re-enrollment experience.
3.    Submit a Pegasus Ticket for a replacement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) token.
4.    If you have a new personal laptop, re-connect to the Virtual Private Network (VPN).
