Many online shopping sites advise customers to refrain from refreshing screens or double-clicking payment buttons in order to avoid duplicate charges.
Building on this advice, the ITS Software Store recommends that Software Store customers disable any browser auto-refresh functionality they may have enabled on their systems. For example, we recommend that Firefox users disable "ReloadEvery" if they are using this add-on.
