E-academy, the company that hosts the Vanderbilt Software Store (http://vanderbilt.onthehub.com) entered into an agreement with VMware that allowed e-academy to sell Workstation and Fusion at discount to academic users. VMware has discontinued the discount program it had with e-academy and e-academy has removed the VMware products from the Software Store. Customers may purchase the software directly from VMware at https://www.vmware.com/vmwarestore/.

The Vanderbilt Software Store partners with e-academy to offer the Software Store service.  E-academy has announced a new Access Guarantee Program.

Thomson Reuters has released Endnote X5 for Mac OS X. Vanderbilt Software Store customers who purchased Endnote X4 for Mac after April 20, 2011 are eligible for a free upgrade to X5.
