Control is the Goal
Control is the Goal is a 6-week blood pressure management program to help you understand your blood pressure readings, learn how lifestyle changes can improve your blood pressure, and identify ways to keep track of your blood pressure. Register now for the 2020 course to begin in February.

Know Your Numbers
Have your blood pressure, height, weight, and body mass index checked at locations on and off the Vanderbilt campus. Participants during the month of February will be entered into a prize drawing.

NEW! Use Higi blood pressure and weight measurements for Heart Month!This year you can use measurements taken at any Higi machine (on or off campus) to gain entry into the Heart Month prize drawing.

Just follow these 3 steps:

  1. Log in to the Health & Wellness Information Portal to connect your Higi account
    • Click on "Connect to Higi"
    • Follow instructions to allow Higi to send Health Plus your weight and blood pressure. If you are a new Higi user, you will need to create a Higi account.
  2. Check blood pressure and weight at a Higi machine between February 1 and February 29.
