I’ll have a 1BD/1BA available in a 3BR/2.5BA townhouse in Bellevue starting January 2026 (but the move-in date is flexible if you need something a little earlier). The townhouse is super cozy and in a quiet neighborhood that’s close to grocery stores, movie theaters, and has quick access to the interstate — really convenient for getting around Nashville. You’d have your own private room and bathroom, and we’d share the main spaces like the kitchen and living room.
Rent is $825/month, and utilities usually run about $115 per person. The lease is for a year with the option to renew.
