Patient Reported Outcome Measures

Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) are health surveys that help providers understand how patients feel about their conditions and treatment. These are different than the standard intake questionnaires and test/lab results. Responses to PROMs measure symptom burden, symptom management, and quality of life to learn more about how patients feel and allows providers to create the best, personalized care plan for their condition or treatment.
