Aviva Mattingly, MD, MS

Aviva Mattingly is a resident in Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery at Vanderbilt University. She completed her undergraduate degree at Bowdoin College and her medical degree and a masters degree in Epidemiology and Clinical Research at Stanford Medical School. She is interested in pursuing a surgeon-scientist career with a focus on endocrine surgery, head and neck oncology and clinical informatics. Her research at VUMC currently focuses on complex thyroid cancer including prognostic factors and outcomes of recurrent thyroid cancer requiring revision operations.
