Resident Wellness

Resident Wellness

At Vanderbilt, we value all aspects of our residents' wellness: mental, physical, financial, spiritual, and emotional. We have a robust wellness curriculum with an elected wellness champion, monthly events funded by the department, and group mentorship families. Some examples of residency-wide events include curling, a cooking class, baseball game outing, hikes, a trip to a haunted house, and, of course, live music! The department also funds an annual weekend pontoon boat/lake retreat to welcome the incoming class.
