Interests in Psychiatry: Consult-Liaison. Like many people interested in C/L psychiatry, I really enjoyed internal medicine, but rotating on the C/L service in medical school made choosing psychiatry an easy decision. I plan to complete a psychosomatic medicine fellowship after residency.
Other Interests: I am a passionate fan of Marquette basketball, Vanderbilt football/baseball, the Chicago Bears, Everton FC, and my wife. When the workday is over, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our cat-daughter (Tater tot), eating at one of the many great Nashville restaurants, watching sports/playing trivia at Sam’s with classmates, and whenever possible, taking in a concert/Titans/Preds game. My wife and I became Vanderbilt football season ticket holders in 2013 and can’t wait to go to games again this year. We have loved living in Nashville and look forward to introducing our first child (non-cat lady child) to the city in October 2014!
