Amanda Pomerantz, DO
Dr. Amanda Pomerantz obtained her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine - Seton Hill in 2019. She completed her residency in Adult Psychiatry at Cleveland Clinic in 2023, where she served as the outpatient chief resident, followed by her fellowship in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2024. After she worked for one year as a consultation-liaison psychiatrist at UAB, she re-joined the faculty at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2025 as a consultation-liaison psychiatrist, where she primarily works as a transplant psychiatrist. Her clinical interests include working with patients who are being evaluated for heart/lung transplants, LVADs, as well as critical care psychiatry and medical education.
