We report on a 29 year-old male with a history of antisocial personality and polysusbtance use disorder, who sustained a traumatic brain injury five months before presenting to the psychiatric emergency room in an agitated state and with suicidal and homicidal ideations. We discussed medication management and psychotherapeutic interventions in this case, and we performed a literature review on brain traumatic injury.
