Objectives:

1.  Describe recent trends in fentanyl availability within the illicit drug supply 
2.  Assess risks and benefits of treatment of OUD relative to risks of ongoing use of fentanyl
3.  Describe challenges to initiation of medications for OUD in patients using fentanyl 
4.  Critique current and emerging governmental policies related to treatment of OUD.
