Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital (VWCH) Track

The Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital (VWCH) track is geared toward new nurses who seek to work in specialized settings in a community hospital. Newly envisioned in 2021, the program is designed to nurture the new graduate nurse in the transition from student to professional nurse. It provides new nurses with the specific tools and experiences needed to begin a successful career several areas including adult medicine, surgery, critical care, emergency, or rehabilitation. After orientation to VUMC & to VWCH, you will experience a focused orientation in your unit and work with unit-based preceptors.
