Adam Smith, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Adam B. Smith, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in primary care, urgent care, and ambulatory medicine. He provides comprehensive care for patients with a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions and has developed particular interests in Sleep Medicine and Community Health. With prior experience in primary care and urgent care, he began a new chapter in 2026 with Vanderbilt Health's Department of Neurology on the Sleep Medicine team.

He is a husband, father to three boys and spends as much time as possible outdoors with his family. He strives to be an active member of his community through his church and volunteer work.
