Windows 10 is coming to Vanderbilt University Medical Center! The debut of Windows 10, the operating system for our workstations, will bring new features to users across Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Windows 10 also provides the ideal technology platform to help us continually improve and secure our systems and stay in sync with the Medical Center’s rapid growth.
Your upgrade experience depends on your workstation type

If your operating system upgrade process fails, your operating system will automatically revert to your previous Windows Operating System. If you experience application issues after upgrading, please contact the VUMC Help Desk at 615-343-HELP/3-4357 or submit a Pegasus ticket. Indicate that you have been upgraded to the Microsoft 365 Cloud Environment.
This information applies to VUMC-managed workstations only. For all other workstations, contact your independent support provider.
If you own applications that could be incompatible with Windows 10, please submit a Pegasus Windows 10 Exception request. Ensure that you download, complete and attach the Intake Form.
