Patton Receives NMTT Bob Bowen Lifetime Achievement Award

James A. Patton, Ph.D., Professor of Radiology and Radiological Sciences, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, last week received the Nuclear Medicine Technologists of Tennessee’s Bob Bowen Lifetime Achievement Award for his contributions to the fields of nuclear medicine and molecular imaging.

Connolly, Shannon Named Chief Residents for Class of 2020

The Department of Radiology this week named third-year residents Cara Connolly, M.D., and LeAnn Shannon, M.D., chief residents for the Class of 2020.  Nominated by their fellow residents, Connolly and Shannon will take on their new roles within the residency program following completion of their American Board of Radiology Core exams in June.
