Lisa Connor, RN, BSN, CDE

Lisa Connor, RN, BSN, CDE is the assistant manager at Health Plus. She received an AA degree from Freed-Hardeman University and earned her BS in Nursing from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Lisa is a Certified Diabetes Educator and Certified Health Coach with over 35 years of nursing experience. Her professional background includes experience in critical care, home health, and diabetes education. As a case manager, Lisa coordinates the Health Plus Diabetes Prevention Program, lifestyle coaching programs, and Babies & You prenatal education program.
