Health Plus offers Mindful Breaks where faculty and staff can join in guided stretching and breathing to feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and renewed!

  • Offered onsite at your department in a free room with a little bit of space.
  • Intended to be held with a minimum of 10 participants in attendance, and booked with sessions lasting up to 20 minutes long.
  • Work attire is appropriate for Mindful Breaks.
