Richard Davis, MD

Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery

Richard Davis is a general surgeon who attended medical school and general surgery residency at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, USA. He then went directly to AIC Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, where he has served as a general surgeon since 2007. His joy is teaching and mentoring learners of all levels and backgrounds. He is a fellow of both the American College of Surgeons and the College of Surgeons of Eastern, Central and Southern Africa (COSECSA.) His areas of interest include surgical education, surgery in resource-limited settings, advanced laparoscopy in resource-limited settings, and diseases of the head and neck.
