Joseph LeGrand is a pharmacist and Lead Application Analyst in the Acute Clinicals portfolio of HealthIT at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He received his PharmD from Butler University and his MS in Health Informatics from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is currently heavily involved in clinical decision support analysis, build, maintenance, and reporting within eStar. In addition to his informatics work within eStar, he is interested in programming, data science, machine learning, dev ops, open health standards, standard medication terminology, health information exchange, APIs, digital health, and web application development.
