Joseph LeGrand is a pharmacist and Lead Data Architect on the Systems Intelligence Solutions Team in HealthIT at Vanderbilt Health. He received his PharmD from Butler University and his MS in Health Informatics from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is currently heavily involved in clinical decision support analysis, build, maintenance, and reporting within eStar. In addition to his informatics work within eStar, he is interested in programming, data science, machine learning, dev ops, open health standards, standard medication terminology, health information exchange, APIs, digital health, and web application development.
