Radioactive Materials Training
Radiation safety training is required for all Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital (VWCH) radiation workers. Radiation workers include anyone who will be directly handling radioactive materials in a clinical setting
Radiation Workers working in the VWCH Nuclear Medicine Department must complete the “Annual Radiation Safety Training: Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital Nuclear Medicine Personnel” online course located in the VUMC Learning Exchange initially before working with radioactive materials and annual thereafter.
