      • Currently housed at 640 Medical Arts Building
      • Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm
      • Closed on national holidays
      • Can schedule a same day appointment
      • Serves VUMC employees, including regional sites such as:

        • Bedford County Hospital

    • Lifestyle Coaching
      • Weekday sessions from 8:00am-4:30pm
      • Initial Session: 45-60 minutes designed to create a plan outlining what you want to accomplish, your strengths, challenges, and vision for well-being.
      • Monthly contact: 20-30 minute sessions to evaluate and refine plan
      • Follow-up: 20-30 minute session at six months to assess progress and determine next steps
      • Complete this short form to schedule an appointment with a Lifestyle Coach.
    • Faculty/Staff Express Care Clinic
    • Telehealth visits
      • Schedule through your My Health at Vanderbilt Portal to connect virtually on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. You can also call 615-936-0955.
      • You can use this service to connect with Occupational Health providers as well.
      • Note: you must be located within the state of Tennessee during your telehealth visit.
    • Well-Being Navigator
      • a one-stop website that links employees with resources for well-being needs
    • ConnectCARE
      • Speak with a counselor Monday-Friday, from 8:00am-5:00pm
      • Teleconsulting sessions via phone or ZOOM

    • VWell Connect is an online portal to connect members of the Vanderbilt community with shared activity interests, such as hiking, kayaking, tennis, yoga, etc. Create a profile, indicate your interests, and connect with other VUMC members who enjoy the same activities!
    • Health Plus Step Challenges: compete with colleagues or just have fund recording your steps to celebrate health
    • Health Plus Pacers: participate in a weekly on-campus walk or run with colleagues. You can digitally document your own walk or run for the week to help foster a culture of physical activity
    • Health Plus Wellness League: Wellness Champion teams in an 8-month physical activity tracking competition
    • Financial Empowerment Center
      • No-cost financial counseling to Davidson County residents
    • VUMC Faculty & Staff Hardship Fund
      • The VUMC Faculty and Staff Hardship Fund was established in 1994 to financially assist Vanderbilt faculty and staff who are experiencing a temporary hardship due to a significant life event.
