Andrea joined the Monroe Carell nursing leadership team in June 2017. She has over 15 years of pediatric nursing experience that includes pediatric critical care, case management, pediatric primary care, and various leadership roles. Andrea received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Rutgers University in 2003 and returned to Rutgers in 2010 to complete her Master of Science degree in Nursing with a concentration in Clinical Nurse Leadership.

Andrea holds her Nurse Executive, Advanced certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as well as a Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Certification from Villanova University. She enjoys complex project management and problem-solving through standardizing processes while stewarding the efficient and effective use of health care resources.  In her current role, Andrea is responsible for the Case Management team, the Patient Safety Team, and the Inpatient and Outpatient Float Pools.
