All conflicts of interest must be reported to the IRB and Medical Center Conflict of Interest Committee (MCCOIC). To determine whether an individual has a conflict of interest, please review the conflict of interest determination checklist, published under "Procurement Decisions: Conflict of Interest Identification and Management" on PolicyTech.
