A Patient Perspective

My name is Shannon and I am a 23 year old medical student who has had POTS for a little over 3 years. When I first got POTS, I found my illness to be both physically and emotionally isolating. I have compiled some of my observations about living with POTS and decided to share them in the hopes that we can all know that we are not alone with our illness. This is not medical advice, but rather a series of reflections on things that have worked and not worked for me personally.
