CLARITY Communications Skills Program 
is a departmental initiative designed to enhance the communication skills of clinicians, researchers, and staff—from faculty and fellows to managers and administrative staff. The program has three components: training, editing, and support. CLARITY staff could assist faculty in:
- Using a reference management software, plagiarism check software
- Navigating the peer review process
- Effective presentations
- Revising manuscripts for submission

- Training programs
- Perioperative Clinical Research Institute (PCRI) and the VACRAC Process
- Educational resources
