All new licensed and non-licensed clinical staff who have direct patient care attend Clinical Orientation after attending Medical Center Orientation. During Clinical Orientation, participants review skills and participate in didactic and discussion sessions.

Vanderbilt Bedford Hospital (VBCH) Clinical Orientation

Vanderbilt Tullahoma-Harton Hospital (VTHH) Clinical Orientation

Clinical Orientation is Tuesday (all clinical nursing staff) and Wednesday (licensed clinical staff only) following MCO on Monday. Orientation is located in the Stumb Education Building located next to the hospital on the ED side of the building. There is also a computer lab training center located inside the Stumb Building for convenience. Contact information is Patricia Cooper or Amber Davenport at 931-461-4817.

 

Vanderbilt Staffing Collaborative

Medical Center Orientation is on Monday. You will receive your start time via personal email after 4:00 PM on Friday before your orientation.

Clinical Orientation will take place on Wednesday from 1pm – 5pm at 3401 West End Ave. Parking is available in the N Lot 73A and shuttling over on the 3401 Shuttle (shuttle runs every 22 and 52 minutes after the hour). When arriving at 3401 West End, use the visitor entrance at the rear of the building.  To enter the building, walk through the parking garage in the back of the building to access the lobby, and take the elevators to the first floor.
