Feng Wang, PhD, earned a PhD in Physical Chemistry from Vanderbilt University. After completing a post-doctoral fellowship in Biophysics at Vanderbilt University, she joined the faculty in 2008. Dr. Wang was the recipient of the Best Teacher Award (UESTC) in 1998 and the Warren Award in 2002. Dr. Wang’s research is focused on the MRI protocols for functional study of non-human primates and MRI assays for investigating spinal cord injuries. In addition, she is applying an array of quantitative MRI methods for assessing kidney disease using murine models. She is a member of the American Chemical Society and ISMRM.
