      Donna Seger MD created the QOW for stakeholders and interested health care providers as an email correspondence tool about the latest information on toxins and toxicants. She was pivotal in directing the QOW from 2001 until 2024. Since Sept. 2024, Rebecca Bruccoleri MD, Medical Director, TPC and Saralyn Williams MD, our two toxicologists have been providing oversight for this service.
