Residency Graduate of 2023
Aeryana Beaudrie-Nunn, PharmD

Aeryana received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The University of Arizona College of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY1 pharmacy residency at Mayo Clinic. Upon completion of her PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency, she accepted a position as a MICU/SICU clinical pharmacy specialist at Penn Medicine.


Residency Graduate of 2022
Montana Fleenor, PharmD
, BCCCP

Montana completed her BS and PharmD degrees at Samford University McWhorter School of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY1 residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) in Nashville, TN. Upon completion of her PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy residency, she accepted a position as an Emergency Department Clinical Pharmacist at VUMC. 


Residency Graduate of 2021
Sneha Patel, PharmD, BCCCP

Sneha received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Pharmacy. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Upon completion of her PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy residency, she accepted a position as a Trauma Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.


Residency Graduate of 2020
Rachel Boardman, PharmD, BCCCP

Rachel received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia College of Pharmacy. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy residency at Wake Forest Baptist Health in Winston-Salem. Upon completion of her PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy residency, Rachel accepted a position as an Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist at Oklahoma University Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK.


Residency Graduate of 2019
Lauren Schmidt, PharmD, BCCCP

Lauren received her Doctor of Pharmacy at Temple University. She completed a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Upon completion of her Critical Care residency, Lauren accepted a position as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Critical Care at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System.


Residency Graduate of 2018
Rachel LaBianca, PharmD, BCCCP

Rachel received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Eshelman School of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY1 residency program at UNC REX Healthcare in Raleigh, NC. Upon completion of her Critical Care Residency Program, Rachel transitioned to a position as an Emergency Department Clinical Pharmacist at Duke Regional Hospital in Durham, NC.

Susan Smith, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP

Susan completed her undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University. She then taught ninth grade science through Teach For America before graduating with highest honors from the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy with her PharmD. While in school, she held multiple leadership positions, including president of her college’s APhA-ASP chapter, and she was honored with the Salutatorian Award and the Academia Award at graduation. Susan completed her PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Upon completion of her PGY2 Critical Care Residency Program, Susan accepted a Clinical Assistant Professor position with a practice area in critical care at the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy.


Residency Graduate of 2016
Kelly Maguigan, PharmD, BCCCP

Kelly grew up in Franklin, TN. She completed her undergraduate and pharmacy coursework at Belmont University in Nashville, TN. Throughout undergrad and during her first two years of pharmacy school, she was a member of the Belmont University Women’s Golf Team. While in school, she held multiple leadership positions in Rho Chi, APhA-ASP and CPNP. At graduation, she was honored with the Pharmacotherapy Award and completed her PGY1 at Vanderbilt. Upon completing her PGY2 in Critical Care, Kelly accepted a position as the Surgical ICU Specialist at the University of Florida Health Shands Hospital.


Residency Graduate of 2015
Michael Kenes, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP

Michael Kenes is originally from Orland Park, IL, and received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) in 2013. He completed his PGY-1 residency at the Cleveland Clinic, in Cleveland, OH and PGY2 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Michael is a clinical assistant professor of pharmacy and clinical pharmacist at Michigan Medicine.

W. Paul Moore, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP

Paul graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in May 2011. Paul completed his PGY1 Pharmacy Practice residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, in addition to his PGY2 Critical Care Residency. After completing his residencies, Paul accepted a position as a Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist at TriStar Summit Medical Center in Hermitage, TN.

Jonathon Pouliot, PharmD, BCPS

Jonathon received his undergraduate degree at Providence College. He graduated in 2010 with honors from Campbell University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in North Carolina. Jonathon completed his PGY1 Pharmacy Practice residency at Vanderbilt Medical Center, in addition to his PGY2 Critical Care Residency. Initially Jonathon took a position as a Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, TN, but he has now transitioned to a faculty position at Lipscomb College of Pharmacy in Nashville, TN.

Kelli Rumbaugh, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP

Kelli graduated with Honors from The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy in June 2009. She came to Vanderbilt after graduation and completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency.  She also stayed on to complete her PGY2 Critical Care Residency. Kelli initially accepted a position as a staff pharmacist following residency with a clinical rounding responsibility in the Neurocritical Care Unit. However, Kelli is now the Surgical ICU Clinical Pharmacist with Vanderbilt Medical Center.

Ashley Quintili, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP

Ashley is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh College of Pharmacy. She completed a PGY1 residency at Vanderbilt Medical Center and continued at Vanderbilt as a PGY2 resident in critical care. After residency, Ashley accepted a position as a clinical pharmacy specialist at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Annapolis, MD. She has now transitioned to a Surgical ICU Clinical Specialist position at Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA.

Alyson W. Gibson, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP

Alyson is a graduate of the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy. She completed a PGY1 residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and continued at Vanderbilt as the first PGY2 resident in critical care pharmacy. Alyson currently practices as a critical care clinical pharmacy specialist at Prisma Health.
