The hemodynamic and neurohumoral phenotype of POTS
Patients with POTS had:
- Elevated plasma norepinephrine, epinephrine and dopamine compared to controls when lying down and standing.
- Decreased aldosterone and aldosterone/renin ratio when lying down and standing.
