Samantha (Sammy) Hirschmann, MD, MS

I grew up in Prague, Czech Republic, and then headed to the University of Vermont, where I played Division I ice hockey and earned my bachelor’s and master’s degrees. After playing a year of professional hockey in Sweden, I attended Sidney Kimmel Medical College. I am so excited to be part of the Vandy family and was immediately impressed by the amazing culture of the program and department. In my free time, I love doing anything outdoors, trying new foods and working out.
