Jade Ayers, MD, MS

I grew up in Lansing, Michigan, before coming to Nashville for the first time as a Vanderbilt University undergraduate. I loved studying English literature while exploring the city’s neighborhoods and discovering its hidden foodie treasures. After graduation, I moved to New York City for graduate school before returning to Detroit, Michigan, for medical school. I am ecstatic to be back in Nashville for residency, as Nashville and Vanderbilt Health truly feel like a second home to me. In my free time, you can find me baking cookies or cupcakes for my fellow residents, tending to my houseplants or finding a cozy corner in a café to read a fantasy novel.
