Erika Rivera, MD

I was born and raised in a small rural town in El Salvador. I moved to Texas when I was eight years old and had the incredible privilege of attending college and medical school across the United States. Nashville has now become a second home for my family and me, and we enjoy its parks, warmth, and food. I am deeply grateful to be part of the Vanderbilt Anesthesiology family. The residents and faculty are amazing and have been nothing but supportive. I look forward to our years of training together and to continuing to work alongside such excellent co-residents and faculty!
