I spent my early childhood about an hour south of Chicago and moved to Pittsburgh during middle school. I attended college in Alabama, where I embarrassingly asked what a “down” was at my first football game—but I quickly learned to love college football. (Roll Tide!) I came to Nashville for medical school and have absolutely loved the city and the opportunity to train at Vanderbilt Health. Outside of the hospital, I enjoy hiking and running, swing dancing, exploring coffee shops, playing basketball, and singing in my local church choir. My co-residents have become some of my favorite people, and I am grateful for this community that makes Nashville feel like home.
