Despite growing up in Texas, I always knew I wanted to explore more of the country, and Nashville had everything I was looking for: a lively culture, fantastic food, and a top-rate residency program. I chose Vanderbilt Health because it felt like the program where I could grow most as a clinician while working alongside people I knew would become my closest friends—and I have not regretted my choice for a single day! Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, keeping up with the newest shows and movies, and trying new restaurants (always happy to share a recommendation).
