I am focused on diffusion and functional MRI and their applications to studying autism spectrum disorder. My current research project is to measure the differences in microstructural properties along white matter tracts connecting functionally defined ROIs in both those with autism and typically developing individuals. I am also working on artifact correction of high-field MR scans of ex vivo brains.
