The Vanderbilt Health Pharmacy at One Hundred Oaks is located on the second floor of One Hundred Oaks Mall. The Pharmacy is located at the top of the escalator to the left from the Main Entrance on the west side of the building. |

Refill Requests |

Refill requests can also be phoned into the pharmacy 24 hours a day. Please call 615.322.2688 and follow the prompts on the voice messaging system. Please allow 24 hours for refilled prescription pick up. |
